Michael is set to appear on American Idol as part of an historic television event - IDOL GIVES BACK - a two-night special raising awareness and funds for organizations that provide relief programs to help children and young people in extreme poverty in America and Africa.
A special two-hour results show on Wednesday, April 25 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) will be a star-studded evening.
Other artists and celebrities appearing, include Gwen Stefani, Josh Groban, Pink, Annie Lennox, Il Divo and Sacha Baron Cohen.
