Michael was honored with the Governor General’s National Arts Centre Award at a ceremony at Rideau Hall in Ottawa June 28th. A gala at the National Arts Centre celebrating all Inductees was televised the following night on CBC.

Michael will receive his 2016 National Arts Centre Award at this year's Governor General's Performing Arts Awards Gala in Ottawa June 29th. The Awards will be broadcast June 30th on CBC Television.
